How to Install O-ring

Installation Steps
Prepare tools and materials: To install the O-ring, you need to use appropriate installation tools, such as scrapers, hand presses, pliers, etc. You also need to prepare various parts and materials needed to install the O-ring, such as compression rings. , support rings, sealants, etc.

Check the sealing groove: Before installing the O-ring, you should first check whether the sealing groove on the mechanical equipment meets the installation requirements, such as whether the size is correct and whether the surface is smooth, etc.

Place the compression ring: Place the compression ring into the sealing groove, making sure that the compression ring is in the correct position and cannot be offset or tilted.

Apply sealant: Apply an appropriate amount of sealant to the surface of the O-ring to improve its sealing effect and lubrication performance.

Place the support ring: Place the support ring into the sealing groove, and then place the O-ring on the support ring.

Pressing: Use the installation tool to press the O-ring seal tightly to ensure that it fits tightly with the sealing groove.

Debugging: After the installation is completed, the mechanical equipment should be debugged to check whether the sealing performance of the O-ring seal meets the requirements.
